Jack Reitter of Morgan played professional baseball for Bismarck in 1911 as verified by a post card sent by him back to family in Morgan. Copy of card with picture included in file. He noted in his card that the uniform was blue. Reitter later played with Sleepy Eye, including game against Babe Ruth barnstormers, and became sheriff of Brown County for many years. He was also president of New Ulm Baseball Association in period of late 30's before Frank Tauscheck was elected to serve many years.
