Nomination Process Home Page

Minnesota's Baseball Greats are selected in a two-part nomination process which may be used by any one. A living historical recognition for the great players, managers, people, teams and the outstanding locations and events may result from the nominations.

1. Submit a nomination according to the Nomination Procedures explained on the site page. You can click the blue name above or the site navigation bar on the left. Review this before you start. Then use the forms provided for specific situations as indicated on the right. 
2. Nominations are judged on the merits of the submitted material as they apply to our mission to "recognize and honor the individuals and events that created the outstanding and memorable achievements of Minnesota baseball history." 
3. The selection committee may use a numerical evaluation used to assist in the evaluation process. Take a look at it.
4. You will enhance your nomination by adding information to the statistical data form
5. Complete the right form and submit it from this site or by regular mail.

We strongly recommended completing forms on-line. Blank forms may be downloaded. A separate nomination must be made for each player, team or event.

Forms will later be available for other categories including VFW/Legion, high school, College, Senior and Professional baseball.
